 In an effort to encourage more practitioners to take on protection from abuse cases, this seminar will provide an in-depth review of key legal and practical considerations. The program will also cover the importance of lethality assessments and their effective use in practice. Finally, presenters will share practical tips for handling these matters and highlight common pitfalls to avoid.
