Red Flags: What Young Attorneys Need to Know Early

A Joint Senior Section & Young Lawyers Section CLE Program

Young attorneys may sometimes find themselves in uncomfortable situations where they observe concerning conduct, questionable practices, or warning signs involving other attorneys within their office or legal community.

This practical CLE will focus on recognizing professional and ethical red flags when seasoned attorneys, supervisors, or colleagues appear to be struggling, cutting corners, failing to follow professional guidelines, or creating potential risk for themselves, clients, or others in the office.

Panelists will discuss how young attorneys can appropriately approach difficult situations, seek guidance, protect themselves professionally, and navigate concerns without unnecessarily escalating conflict or placing their own careers at risk.
