A Joint Senior Section and Young Lawyers Section CLE Program

Young attorneys may encounter situations where they observe concerning conduct, questionable practices, or warning signs involving supervisors, colleagues, or other attorneys.

This practical panel discussion will examine professional and ethical red flags, attorney wellness concerns, and the steps newer attorneys can take when something does not feel right.

Through real world scenarios and perspectives from across the legal profession, panelists will discuss how to seek guidance, approach difficult conversations, protect clients, and safeguard your own professional responsibilities.
