Scott Gyllenborg is the former president of the Johnson County Bar Association. He is the 2025 President of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA) with 5,000 members in the nine county greater Kansas City metropolitan area. He is the former president of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Foundation (KCMBF). Scott is a partner at Gyllenborg & Brown, P.A., in Olathe, Kansas, and practices criminal defense in the federal, state, and municipal courts of Kansas. He has been named to Best of the Bar by the Kansas City Business Journal and has been listed in Super Lawyers every year since 2005. Scott is married to Christina Dunn Gyllenborg, a district judge in Johnson County.
