NICK BADGEROW is a trial lawyer partner with Spencer Fane LLP in Overland Park.  He was a member of the Kansas Judicial Council for 24 years; member of the Kansas State Board of Discipline for Attorneys for 16 years, and member of the Kansas Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism (2010 -2013).  He was Chairman of the KBA Ethics 2000 Commission (2001 – 2002) and the KBA Kansas Ethics 20/20 Commission (2013).  Nick was also Chairman of the KBA Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee for 14 years, and Chairman of the Johnson County Bar Association Ethics and Grievance Committee for 30 years.  He has published more than 80 journal and bar review articles and presented more than 200 seminars.
