About

As a founding member of the law firm MSB Law (Morefield Speicher Bachman, LC), Andrew is committed to providing excellence in legal services to improve the lives of business owner clients, their people, and the communities they serve.

Andrew works closely with owners of privately owned businesses in Kansas City and across Kansas and Missouri to help them navigate a wide range of business law matters including corporate formation and operations, commercial leases, asset purchase agreements, written contracts, sales of stockholder and membership interests, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and execution, and corporate dissolution and wind-up.  Andrew and his partners also seek justice for small business clients harmed in complex business litigation matters including fraud claims, breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duties, and other business disputes.

Andrew is also passionate about using his legal career to:

* empower business leaders to also use their work to pursue their Higher calling,

* partner with local faith-based ministries and other non-profits to eradicate human sex trafficking in Kansas City and beyond, and

* bring tangible help and hope to survivors of sex trafficking through free legal aid.

Honored for his outstanding professionalism and service, Andrew has been selected as a SuperLawyer in Kansas and Missouri for multiple years.  He has also earned designation as among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from The National Trial Lawyers, and a Top 40 Under 40 designation from the American Society of Legal Advocates.  Andrew and his team at MSB Law also regularly serve those in need in the community through quarterly community service projects, and through their firm's pro bono initiative to donate up to 10% of their billable time annually through partnership with local ministries and other non-profit entities.

Andrew is an active member of the Kansas Bar Association, the KCMBA and its Solo Practitioner and Small Firm Section, and the Johnson County Bar Association and its Solo and Small Firm Section and Civil Litigation Section.
