Stern 2 hours 2:00pm to 4:00pm December 10, 2025 Join us for an in-depth Continuing Legal Education program focused on the upcoming changes to Kansas Guardianship and Conservatorship laws, which take effect on January 1, 2026. Judge Joyce and Anne-Linton Pond Hendrickson, both members of the Judicial Council Advisory Committee that developed these new provisions, will share their unique insight into the legislative process and the intent behind the reforms. They will be joined by Marion L. Stern to discuss the practical implications and what attorneys, guardians, and conservators need to know to comply with the new requirements.
