Litigation Associate or Lateral Attorney (4+ Years Experience)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Seigfreid Bingham, P.C. is seeking a highly motivated litigation associate or lateral attorney with at least four years of experience to join our growing litigation team. This position offers immediate opportunities for client interaction, courtroom appearances, and ownership of meaningful litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with clients and firm attorneys
• Manage cases and provide exceptional client service

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Missouri; Kansas licensure preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of four years of litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new areas of law
