A Workforce Development Initiative

Possible free legal assistance may be available for individuals with Kansas criminal records seeking information about expungement eligibility and the expungement process.

This clinic is intended to help community members better understand the expungement process and connect eligible participants with possible legal assistance and resources.

Important Registration Information:
Advance registration is required for attendees or individuals seeking expungement assistance so Kansas Legal Services can properly prepare for the number of participants needing assistance.

Volunteer Registration:
Attorneys and legal professionals interested in volunteering may register here or email Joy Springfield directly for additional information.

Who Should Attend?

Individuals with Kansas criminal records who are interested in learning whether they may qualify for expungement are encouraged to register in advance.
